peps. provides high-purity chemical reagents and related compounds exclusively for non-clinical laboratory research. Our products are intended for use by qualified professionals in academic, biotech, and industrial research settings and are not intended for use in humans or animals, nor for diagnostic, therapeutic, or veterinary purposes. All products are supplied “For Research Use Only. Not for use in diagnostic procedures.” This statement is consistent with FDA regulations for RUO products (see 21 CFR 809.10(c)(2) and related FDA guidance on RUO/IUO labeling). Research depends on reproducibility. To support that, we use documented, controlled processes for sourcing, handling, and packaging our chemical reagents.
Each lot is released only after evaluation against internal specifications, including transparent purity thresholds of greater than 99%. We provide lot-specific documentation (such as Certificates of Analysis and key analytical information) so research teams can understand the characteristics and limitations of each product.

peps. is committed to operating in a way that respects applicable laws and regulatory expectations for research-only materials. In line with FDA guidance on devices and reagents labeled “For Research Use Only” (RUO) and “For Investigational Use Only” (IUO): (U.S. Food and Drug Administration). Our products are intended only for research, and we label and market them accordingly.
We do not encourage, support, or knowingly permit clinical diagnostic use, patient management, or therapeutic use of our products. We expect our customers to use our products only within their institutional policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulations.
