Order Acceptance, Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks

• Request additional verification

• Cancel orders inconsistent with RUO guidelines

• Reject or block accounts suspected of misuse
  

Chargebacks initiated on legitimate orders are considered fraudulent. peps. may submit supporting documentation to payment processors and legal authorities to dispute and reverse fraudulent chargebacks.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PEPS Research, Evolv Holdings Group, its owners, members, and affiliates are not liable for:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages

• Misuse or improper handling

• Injuries or harm due to noncompliance

• Loss of research material or experimental failure

• Laboratory contamination issues
  

Your exclusive remedy is limited to replacement at PEPS Research’s discretion.

Indemnification

Buyer agrees to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless:

• PEPS Research, LLC

• Evolv Holdings Group

• All members, officers, employees, and partners
  

from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, investigations, regulatory actions, or expenses arising from:

• Misuse

• Violations of RUO compliance

• Breach of these Terms

• Non-compliant or unsafe handling

• Legal actions caused by inappropriate application of products
  

If You Do Not Intend to Follow These Terms

You must not purchase, access this website, or handle PEPS Research products if:

• You do not agree to RUO limitations

• You intend to deviate from these terms

You intend to use the products in any clinical or personal capacity

Third-Party Testing, Reference Data, and Product Variability

PEPS Research may provide Certificates of Analysis, purity reports, or other analytical data generated by independent third-party laboratories. Such documentation is provided solely for reference and informational purposes and does not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or representation of suitability for any particular use.

All analytical testing is conducted:

• On representative samples,

• At a specific point in time,

• Under controlled laboratory conditions,

• At or near the time the materials are received or prepared for distribution.

PEPS Research does not perform testing on each individual unit shipped and makes no claim that third-party test results will remain unchanged after shipment.

The buyer acknowledges and agrees that:

• Chemical and biological compounds may degrade, denature, oxidize, or otherwise change over time,

• Product integrity may be affected by factors outside PEPS Research’s control, including but not limited to temperature fluctuations, light exposure, humidity, shipping conditions, handling practices, storage methods, reconstitution, and experimental environment,

• Once products leave PEPS Research’s control, all responsibility for maintaining appropriate storage and handling conditions transfers to the purchaser.

PEPS Research makes no express or implied warranties regarding:

• Ongoing purity, stability, or performance after shipment,

• Suitability for any specific research protocol,

• Replication of third-party analytical results under different conditions.

All products are sold as-is for Research Use Only.

The purchaser assumes full responsibility for verification, validation, and suitability of materials for their intended research application.

Any claims, disputes, or assertions that products are “not as described” based on post-delivery testing, storage conditions, or experimental outcomes shall not constitute grounds for refund, replacement, or liability.

By purchasing, the buyer agrees that third-party testing data is not a guarantee of future composition and waives any claim arising from post-delivery variability, degradation, or experimental inconsistency.

peps. reserves the right to restrict or deny service to anyone who does not comply.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on user interaction and project updates.

Pricing: Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code or long code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
