All Sales Are Final (With Limited Exceptions)

Because of the nature of our products and to maintain quality and safety standards, all sales are final once an order has been processed and shipped, except in the limited situations described below:

• Products that arrive damaged in transit

• Products that are incorrect due to our error (wrong item shipped, wrong quantity, wrong concentration, etc.)

• Products that are defective (e.g., obvious contamination, broken vials, or quality issues that can be reasonably verified)

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Customer ordering errors (wrong product, wrong quantity, wrong address, etc.), unless corrected before shipping

• Products that have been opened, used, improperly stored, or handled contrary to our guidelines

• Products that are no longer in their original packaging

• Any request made outside the time frames listed below

Reporting an Issue (Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products)

• Damaged in transit or incorrect item: within 3 business days of delivery

• Apparent quality/defect issues: within 7 business days of delivery

3. Inform you of the outcome and, if applicable, the available remedy

At our sole discretion, remedies may include:

• Replacement of the product

• Store credit for the value of the affected item(s)

• Refund to the original payment method (only when appropriate and permitted)

We reserve the right to decline a refund, replacement, or credit if:

• The product appears to have been used, tampered with, or improperly stored

• The product was purchased for any use other than laboratory research

• The claim is made outside the specified time frames

• The information provided is incomplete or inconsistent and prevents us from verifying the issue

Shipping Costs

• If we determine that the issue is due to our error or carrier damage, we will cover reasonable shipping costs for any approved replacement.

• We do not refund original shipping costs for orders correctly fulfilled and delivered.

• We do not provide prepaid labels or reimburse shipping for items returned without prior written authorization.

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled only before they are processed for fulfillment.

• Once an order has been picked, packed, or shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will be treated as a final sale under this policy.
